Lep in the Hood

My friends and I started having “bad movie nights” back in high school.  We would drive to Blockbuster or Harris Teeter or some random Mexican family video store in Monroe, pick out the worst-looking, most-low-budget horror film we could find, and enjoy it.

Over the years we’ve built up quite the resume of awful, yet terribly enjoyable B-movies.  Some of the titles we’ve watched include:

C.H.U.D. (Cannibalistic Humanoid Underground Dwellers)

Half man, half shark, total terror!

Not to mention the Puppet Master series, the GingerDEAD man featurin Gary Busey (good news, they came out with a GingerDead Man 2! Its tagline: The Passion of the Crust), and countless others.

But tonight, my friends, we have outdone ourselves.  Because in the B-movie caves of Blockbuster, we discovered the bad movies of all bad movies.  Ladies and gentlemen, I give you a clip from…….

Leprechaun in the Hood:

That is all. Goodnight.

  1. I believe you forgot one of my all-time favorites, Scarecrow Gone Wild!

  2. Ha, yes. Scarecrow Gone Wild was one of the better ones we’ve done as well. Anytime a volleyball net’s post stabs someone, you know you have a winner.

  3. Don’t let anyone fool you into believing that the highpoints of Daniel Stern’s career was Home Alone or City Slickers. I think he’s most proud of CHUD.

    I would be.

  4. amasing film! just came out over here in JERSEY CHANNEL ISLANDS!!!!

Cant believe how good it was, the story was so powerful, how the lepracaun breaks free from his cold past and finally gets past neglect and misery to become truelly happy and successful!

This film will be remebered as one of the finer B Movies ever made!

From all of us in Jersey this movie will be replayed on a daily basis and we are actually in talks with the major to hold a yearly lep in the hood festival over here through the town (needless to say it will be approved) we have the full support of all lep fans over here and would like you all to join in by checking us out online, when one of our two computers finally loads a page to make a website!

Thanks for the review tho, dont know about you saying its terrible??? ummm DONT THINK SO!

But anyway at least this film is finally getting the respect and talk it deserves!
